Château Pessan

Owned by the de Bournazel Family of Château de Malle, esteemed Sauternes producer, Château Pessan hails from Graves, a subregion of the Bordeaux wine region whose name comes from its soil’s structure made of stones and sand and clay. This well-drained terroir is particularly favorable for growing Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.

Château Pessan is harvested, vinified and aged at the estate.

“It is a velvety wine, deep and dense, perfectly balanced with hints of black fruits, spice, coffee, smoke, eucalyptus, pepper and oak. The wine is a superb buy and is starting to attract attention on the world market.”
