Our Philosophy
Each bottle of Louis Vallon reflects meticulous care,grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed, and aged on lees for 12 to 18 months using the traditional method. The result is a refined expression of Bordeaux’s terroir: elegant bubbles, freshness, and aromatic depth.
