NOUAISON GIN reveals a unique flavor bouquet composed by our Master Distiller. Made from a palette of 14 exclusive botanicals, including a few that will provide a unique spicy profile: sandalwood, bergamot, plum, Java pepper and vetivera.
Distilled separately, each botanical is assembled in a 25 HL pot still from Charentes inspiration for an ultimate distillation that will harmoniously mix all the ingredients to obtain, in small batches, this
