Château Bonneté is a Bordeaux Supérieur produced on “Gunz gravel” terrace of the Bordeaux region, renowned as the terroir of the greatest merlots in the world. It extends along the Isle river towards Libourne, up to Pomerol and Figeac.

Château Bonneté shares this exceptional terroir, known as one of the “jewels” of Bordeaux vineyards, with prestigious Grand Cru Classe Estates.

This wine is the fruit of a love story between the Bonneté Family and the Bordeaux region, where Jean-François Bonneté grew up to his eighteenth birthday. After a 20 years’ career in the Wine and Spirits Industry in the United-States, he decided with his wife Nathalie that it was time to fulfill their dream. They acquired Château Bonneté and its exceptional vineyard from the d’Anglade family in 2016.

This “coup de foudre” is a journey back to their roots. Nathalie and Jean-François spend their time between their home in Houston (Texas) and Château Bonneté in France.
