Domaine CHOPIN, located in the village of Comblanchien, in the extreme south of the Côte de Nuits, is a family domaine going back six generations. Today, it is managed by Arnaud Chopin and his brother, Alban, two young, dynamic and dedicated winemakers who have made profound changes to their winegrowing practices: a considerable decrease in yields, major work carried out on the soils to enable the finest expression of the terroirs and very careful ageing.
